Our team thrives on the purpose of helping our industry have a safe, clean, and therefore productive operation. We are able to achieve these goals using a simple and extremely effective process with our customers. 

Initial Site Evaluation

Our team visits the plant for an extensive initial evaluation. The objective of this initial evaluation is to understand the root source of existing issues. 

Planning Phase

Once the site has been evaluated the the cause of issues identified we can create a process plan for dust-free material handling and dust source cancellation process, including a 15 year remediation plan.

Customer Education

During the analysis and planning process we strive to educate our customer on root cause mitigation practices and processes for dust-free material handling.

Customer Empowerment

Once the preceding three phases of our process have been completed we have achieved the end goal of empowering our customer to clean up their plant and clean up their dust.

Site visit and discovery

  • Dust Evaluation– Existing Conditions
  • 3D scan the area to capture all dimensions which is 50 times more accurate than field measuring
  • Register scans together into a data point cloud (a 3D picture with 500 million to 1.5 Billion data points)
  • 3D cad Model existing structure and equipment
  • Using 40 years of advanced flow engineered chute design, Mass Flow Formula, and various technical sources develop concept 3D cad Models
  • Test the concept using DEM (Discrete Element Modeling)
  • Finalized the concept model

Customer Review, Approval & Beyond

  • Customer review for approval / modifications

  • Complete the tested design

  • Insert design model into the scan for checking accuracy of fitting into the existing plant and interferences that need addressed such as conduit, platforms, etc

  • Customer final approval

  • Detail Design for Fabrication including CNC flat patterns

  • Fabricate parts with a laser or water jet for hole accuracy, plate geometry accuracy, and to prevent plate warpage

  • Preassemble fabrication, scan fabrication and insert the model into the scan to test fabrication accuracy

  • Install with experienced installers

  • Start-up with setting the hood and spoon positions and flow check

  • Follow-up
